    The primary purpose of cabin air filter is to help clean the air that enters into your vehicle through the ventilation system, keeping the air inside your vehicle clean and fresh. Location of this cabin filter: Behind the glove box. Tools: None.

    When you change your filter (maybe variant for your model. Please see the owner’s manual or find a local mechanic for exact instructions for the particular model):

      1. Open the glovebox and squeeze in on both sides of the glove box to lower it towards the floor.
      2. Remove the glove box from it’s hinges to set it on the floor.
      3. Un-clip the two tabs on the bottom of the two access doors to open them.
      4. Remove the two old filters from the housing by pulling them straight out.
      5. Insert two new cabin air filters into housing.
      6. Install remove parts by reversing the removal procedure. Close the glovebox and it’s done.
