The primary purpose of cabin air filter is to help clean the air that enters into your vehicle through the ventilation system, keeping the air inside your vehicle clean and fresh. Location of this cabin filter: Passenger side behind the glove box. Tools: Flat-head screwdriver.

When you change your filter (maybe variant for your model. Please see the owner’s manual or find a local mechanic for exact instructions for the particular model):

The cabin air filter is underneath the glove box.
Locate the cabin air filter cover and remove 3 plastic screws that hold the plastic cover in place.
The old cabin air filter is held in a place by a plastic lid.
Pull the plastic lid down and it will pop off.
Remove the old filter and insert your new cabin air filter with the arrow pointing the same way.
Install remove parts by reversing the removal procedure and it’s done.
